What is the Madtown Throwdown Q1 event?

The Madtown Throwdown Q1 is an Warhammer Underworlds Event to be held at Noble Knight Games in Madison, WI hosted by the What The Hex Podcast. Come flex your championship muscles in the Gnarlwood.

The format will be the Championship format. Four rounds (or as many as it takes to find an undefeated player). Best of three. New players are encouraged and just like our previous events, we’ll have extra warbands, dice, and boards available if you need them. But you should also be aware that this is a constructed format and may be a little more challenging and fast paced.

Come throw down!

There will also be prizes for best painted, best sports, and maybe a little something just for showing up.

What is Championship?

Championship format allows you to bring any of the currently legal Championship cards. This is now a sub-format filed under Relic. You can see GW’s document listing it here: Relic Format
